They called me earlier from 571-361-9041 telephone number.  For which I did not answer.  This time I answered and they asked for me, but used my maiden name (for which I haven't used in over a year).  I told him that I worked for the Federal Government (which I do) and that he was to remove my number immediately or face federal racketeering charges.

He stated that he would remove my number but..."before I do, do you have insurance?"  I stated (again) "Look, [***]...I work for the Federal Government.  Consider yourself under Federal investigation."  I then hung up.

I have reported this number and the previous number to the FTC and blocked them from my cell phone.  Let's see if they get the hint!
