The caller has an Indian accent and is claiming that my auto insurance has gone down 35%. He wanted me to verify my info. I told him that is impossible because we just renewed our policy and our premium went up because my husband had an accident. He named a car I have NOT owned for 2 years..He wanted to "update" my information to send back to "them". When I asked who "they" are, he replied my insurance agency. I asked why would they need updated info when I just renewed in October...he laughed. I thanked him for calling and asked to be removed from his "list".
