Called at 1228 PM. Most 571 numbers seem 2B cell phones, so I suspect that it's a robocall using a spoofed number.

Called my landline 2 hours ago, did not leave a message. ASSUMING that it's political bull due to location and election year. LOTS of telemarketing, surveys, and SCAMS from the 571 area code.
