Verizon's collection rep not Verizon.

They were so rude that everytime I answered, they just hung up.
So I called back and found out who they were.

I terminated with Verizon wireless data service after three years.  
I told them to send me the final bill.  The amount was wrong so I requested the correct bill but I have never received.
