Robo call about lowering credit card interest rate. No company name or info. I hung up.

Called here. I have been on the do not call list for years. I have received over 10 calls from these bottom feeders in the past 9 months. I try to get to a human, when I do and start to tell them not to call anymore, they cower tuck their tails and hang up on me .
