This is an invalid number spoofed on a robo-caller, masquerading as a cell phone number. It has been pirated from a block of numbers issued to Omnipoint. If they can't be a legitimate caller, they are then categorized in the vast sewer of scam callers. Another number to block.

Persistent robo-caller, multiple times daily on a tie-line. Yes, it is an invalid number stolen from an Omnipoint block for cell phones. Caller Id shows Cell Phone VA, but the call center is likely in a sewer somewhere. Has been blocked for several weeks, but they still call. Who is dumber-the robo-calling device or the scammers operating it?
