I didn't answer the call (to my cell phone), because I didn't recognize the number.  However, a robo voicemail was left that stated "For further details, press 1 now.  To be placed on the do not call list, press two now."  I understand that this information isn't helpful for specifically identifying the caller, but perhaps other folks have received similar calls.  My understanding is that often times if a number is selected to be placed on a do not call list, it actually helps the caller identify the validity of the number being called.  I've reported this to the FTC.
