571-223-6687 is not the same as the bill collection company you listed - that company is in Ohio the number 571-223-6687 is in Leesburg VA. Anyone have any luck finding the real owner? I have called it and left several messages but no one cals back! If it were a bill collector surely they would cal someone trying to contact them - maybe my name is not on their list so they don't bother - I still want to know who they are!

This caller calls using a blocked number.....but if you have a cell number, you can call and get the number identified (at least you can with AT&T).

Calls often and only breathes. Will not give you a chance to say much before hanging up.

Same thing happened to me as to "Calls Near Midnight".  I called the number back and it said it was no longer a working number then less than five minutes later they called back and breathed into the phone.

Have no idea who this is, except they keep calling and hanging up as soon as I answer. I'd block the number if I could but I'm with sprint so you know how that goes.
