Recorded message on answering machine stated that the call was final notice that the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me.  Instructed me to call their department number 571-212-3763 immediately to get more information on the case file. (I had already heard about this scam from someone else.  If you call they try to get personal information like your social security number.)
