Got this call  from 571-210-5559 mumbled message, spoke super fast, middle eastern accent, said I must call right away before legal action is taken and mentioned we would be arrested. I called from an anonymous number and they picked up within two rings and answered as Officer blah blah. I hung up right away and Googled the number to find all of these responses. Screw these scammers we are on to them. But we must make the elderly aware as they will fall for it!

I also received a call from this number 571-210-5559 today that I owed back taxes and I was to call and set up payment plan of I will be arrested.  Heavy accent.  Recording on my voice mail.
