Wilkes-Barre PA is where Sallie Mae's accounts receivable is.   Also a lot of banks, and collections agencies, and ....... private prisons are there.   That city is just a stinking cesspool of sick sad bottom scrapers, recovering value and recovering pennies, like ants on roadkill.
