I have been getting phone calls from this number,  nothing is said

Hang-up call.  When I called back,  got a peppers Verizon wireless message saying it was a 'non-working number.

missed call when I called back said could not be completed as dialed probably telemarketer

Answered this call, silence, no one replies

I received a call from this phone number just now. It took a while for the person to speak and it sounded like a call center in the background. I couldn't understand what organization/company he said he's calling from, but he asked me if I have auto insurance. I asked him if it's a sales call, and he said it's not, it's just a survey. I advised him I didn't have time to do a survey, and I said goodbye and hung up.
