The number 570-900-3080 called our home, we answered, it was a recording, Said they were "the State Police"....wanting
a donation.  We hung up as we have several friends that are police officers, they have warned us that any call from "Police" is a fraud as they do not ask for any donations of any kind on the phone.  Beware and hang up.

The FOP is a UNION, therefore it is ILLEGAL for them to solicit charitable donations!!!!! Anywho, these callers are scammers!! Besides, police have unions & good health & insurance plans....think before you donate....better to donate to volunteer fire companies!
