i answer the phone and sometimes i get a (hello is this virgil, then it hangs up, i call back and its hard to understand who they say they are, but redirect you to another number to leave a message.

I called it back and said it was a line for outbound calls early for "Pennsylvania Health Solutions" ...whatever that means.

I have gotten many calls in the last few days from this number. They never leave a message and I don't answer because I don't know the number. I did a reverse lookup and it says it is a landline but they want you to pay for more information. Not.

I have recieved 5+ calls from this person in the past 2 days...
It is most definitely a spammer, who nevers leaves a message.
My brother swears to have conducted a conversation with the person who hung up.
