mark is the worst. claims to be "marks auto parts," no listings found for that name in PA. complains about everything. price is too much, shipping is too much, etc.  very demanding and will begin name calling immediately if he doesn't get his way, quite an a-hole.  every time he calls me i hang up on him immediately.
