The caller is off other nationality claiming they have a lawsuit against you. This is a scam to collect more information on you. HANG UP and report to the authorities along with the credit agencies because all of you information may be at risk. These same type of people were calling me almost 2 years ago and now have started again the past month. I filed a police report and reported to all the credit agencies with the first call almost 2 yrs ago. On other websites it says they can call asking about the head of household, who pays the electric bill..etc. DO NOT give them any information.
