Also robocall asking me to "update your 2013 Google listing."
Caller ID screen showed "unknown" and then "570-435-6217".

Same "update your 2013 Google listing." Id was "Pennsylvan Call." Recorded message said "press 9 to stop these calls." I doubt they have any connection to Google.
