If by "By doing nothing, you are leaving a lot of money on the table" you mean by not carrying debt responsibly, I'm losing income, I 100% agree.  Two things though; I am a recently retired senior, and worse, the first 40 years of my life were totally irresponsible.  So I did a 180 and actually made it stick.  I am financially secure now.  I will always be a Packers fan, even if they go 0-16.  One unhappy Packers fan though.

It's always good to see someone sane here.  That was my first post.  Shows you how powerful it was.

Actually no, what I meant was that you have all the information you need to bring an FDCPA and possibly a TCPA and FCRA lawsuit and make them pay you big bucks for the harassment.  So by not taking a couple hours of your time you are in effect leaving money on the table.

The problem is that you and your company are all too stupid to check your records prior to purchasing debts (and phone numbers) from third parties, ensuring that you'll continue to call individuals who have informed you dozens of times that the delinquents you're attempting to collect on no longer owns the phone numbers you continue to call.  Then after a set period of time, you will sell the numbers on to yet another collection agency, and the cycle of [***] continues.

I think this company is like portfolio  recovery nothing more then scum.  Never leave a message so it must be not important.
