keeps calling and leaves blank voice messages

It was a collection agency calling about an unpaid Home Depot account.

call me every day and leaves a message that his name is albert from the law offices of abraham and associates.

This number belongs to a "bottom feeder" collection firm - supposedly an attorney's office with a history of numerous lawsuits AGAINST them. They purchase old debt for pennies on the dollar, then try to collect the entire amount; BUT will "offer" to settle for less, tricking people into paying a debt that they do NOT have to pay.  They're known for threats, strong-arm tactics and other moronic and ILLEGAL tactics.  Things must be rough in Scranton, PA for them, as they're calling more and more often - but when you're judgement proof - it's funny.
Again, they'll offer to settle for as low as 50%, when they've paid only single digit percentage for the entire debt. They have NO proof - UNLESS you're dumb enough to talk to them and admit anything.  OR, if you send any payment, the statute of limitations on the debt clock starts all over, so do NOT pay these bottom feeders.

well, they only called me a few times, sent one letter, and now i got a letter from my local magistrate that are filing a civil suit against me
