This number has been calling my line leaving a voicemail for another person.  They say if this isn't that person hang up or if you don't hang up you are confirming that you are that person.  Who do these people think they are?  I called the number and some idiot told me she's an answering service for several different companies but wouldn't give me any more information.  They are using my minutes with their voicemails and trying to tell me what to do with my own phone service.  I think it's about time this nonsense is abolished.  Hopefully I have them blocked now.
