The scumbag that called me told me my brother had charges pending against him, when I asked him who he was he hung up on me. Then I called back a number of times to find out how he got my name and number since I am on the do not call list, I cannot get in touch with anyone

i got a call today, left no messages the last 2 days but keeps calling with no messages, i told him stop calling as he has the wrong number and he said he never called before, i have records and will keep records of further calling as it is harassment...

Same thing here, he called twice now saying that someone has charges against them and that they "had been served"...phone number does not work when I call back either
