I got a call from this number and the guy says he is Justin Banks LLC and he is to verify my address to serve me papers.  I know that if I was being served it would be from the Sheriff's office.  He says oh call 866-215-1643 with claim # and see if you can straighten it out.  When you call that number they do not identify the company.  It is a recording and tells you to dial 0 for a representative.  In my experience with people like this in the past, it is a scam.  I even said to him if I was being served it would be the Police, he said Oh I don't think that's what it is, just call them.  I am not falling for this crap and I am reporting them to FTC.  I am so sick and tired of these scammer's.
