Answered to hear obvious call center. Male voice said " Feel this what's in my pocket" never had an obscene telematketer before.

When I answered, the man on the other end just kept laughing. Weird

Spoofed phone number - could be anyone. If someone is calling you from a number that DOES NOT EXIST, they can CLAIM to be anyone they want to be. DO NOT call a spoofed phone number back, DO NOT answer any call from a spoofed number.
