Won't stop calling after asking them to stop....

I just this call too, but I missed the call!  I call back and I get "disco music".  I keep calling them.  I call all the time, I offer them.  Windows, Siding, Live Pills, whatever I can I try to offer it to them.  Heck I even offered the story of Salvation.
