Calling them back is exactly what they want you to do. By calling back, you confirmed your name and phone number and other info for them. They called my house at 3 AM! I think they are calling from India or somewhere out of the country. My phones have a timed setting where they do not ring over night. I have another number where I can be reached in the event of an emergency so this works for me. Sorry for your grandchildren being disturbed. I hope they catch this guy.

They called twice today.  The Area Code shows from northwestern Ohio.  Since I did not recognize the number, I let it go to voice mail.  They did not leave any messages.

Yes,got same call..not responding since our soc.sec. Number was stolen and used on someone's tax return this year.I heard Federal Govt only contacts by mail not phone messages!!

Just received a call and message from this number as well --threatening us that avoiding this message will result in serious legal action before a magistrate judge or grand jury for a "serious criminal offense." It is on a loop recording recorded by someone named Kevin Mason. Unbelievable!  Definitely won't be calling him back!
