It is a credit card telemarketer stating they can lower interest rates to 6% on all major credit cards, including discover, chase, bank of America, etc. I would encourage all to be careful giving information for how would they access our credit records without asking for information that is private and secure.

Called my cell, and didn't leave a message.

Just called my cell and they left a voicemail, which I find unusual!  Most "strange" numbers never leave messages.  It was about lowering my interest rate and to "consider this my final notification".  It's my first notification from this number as far as I remember!

They have called me twice in the last 4 days. It's the same thing every time about credit card interest rates.
