They are opening a case with the IRS.
Interesting that they don't know who answered and they are a robot and that they are out of CA even though my IRS is in Andover MA.
Also the IRS seems to be using wireless phones.
Maybe the phone Co makes them prepay.
I was instructed to call this # for more info.

A threatening call that claims that the IRS has filed a lawsuit against me and to call 562-521-2580.
