I am in Wisconsin and I received a  missed call from this number from Long Beach CA on my cellphone. They did not leave a message. I am on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY but still receive calls from unwanted numbers.

They called my unlisted landline number at 2:47 PM PST on 17 January 2017. The caller ID said "VOIP CALL". I did not answer. They did not leave a message. My phone numbers are on the Do Not Call list. I will report them to DoNotCall.gov.

Never call them back, not even from a blocked phone. They have ways to unmask your phone number even when it is blocked.

scammers don't care about the DNC registry. Try a call blocker.
