Most likely same as 247-3899,  3920,  3905 and others.  the 562-247 numbers are real problems.  Often Green Energy Solutions, Home Energy Solutions, ESDH, SPHE.  They change numbers too fast to block with any effect.

9/21/15 12:58 PDT  Someone named "Abraham" asking for Mr. or Mrs. XXXXX.    Hadn't answered because there was no ID.  No message beyond asking for either of us.    Will continue avoid answering unrecognized numbers and if the same number calls more than twice, will be blocked.

Calls everyday  and is blocked everyday. Robo telemarketing. Hate them.
