Received incoming call from 562-215-3646, caller hung up after I picked up.  I called back.  Spoke to a man with a heavy accent, claiming he was with the IRS and that there was a Federal Lawsuit against me.  He recited an old address, and stated that they have sent me letters.  Asked me for my date of birth, which I did not give him.   Stated that I was being uncooperative, and making things more difficult for myself.  I told him that I've filed at least 5 years worth of taxes since that last address, if they really needed to reach me they would have my current address. The guy eventually hung up on me.

I tried calling from another number and they still claim to be the IRS, the person on the other end said his name was David Green.  He gave me their business address of 4 x 1 NW in Washington DC 20224. I hope no one falls for this crap.

Another IRS scam call.  They sound so credible when the caller is someone who can barely speak English, with lots of noise in the background and static on the line.

Received a phone call from this number but it appeared as Chile which was odd. When listening to the voicemail I noticed the call was coming from Norwalk, CA. They claimed to be from the IRS . Another scam for sure just beware!

I just had the same thing happen to me! They called on my mobile number and left the automated message so I called back on my office number. They would not even tell me what they were calling about until I gave them the number they left the message on, ss # and date of birth. So crazy!
