Contractor. Inappropriate question

constant callbacks even when asked not to. claim to be a home upgrade company. before you can ask them to not call back the call gets disconnected.  When trying to call them back, the phone company recording says the number cannot be completed as dialed

Three calls this month.  Nobody there and spouse hung up one.  Let go to voicemail and nobody there.

Calls my house literally every other day. I answer, they hang up after a few seconds. It's infuriating.

Got a call from this number today at 2:33 pm.  My family and I let it go to voice mail.  It was just a hang-up call, no one on the line. Very frustrating. The call is coming from a cell phone.
