Just received a text from this number stating my student loans are red flagged for forgiveness through the D.O.E. and to call right away. It does give the option to reply STOP to stop but I think I will just ignore it.

I called the number back and I got a very rude women on the line and when I told her I am good with my Student Loans and she hung up on me. I then called back and asked to speak to another person and she then faked a different voice.

I, too, have received several text messages that read the same, but started in February of 2015.

Called me twice today about my nonexistent student loans. I have never had student loans in my life. I am on the national DNC registry. I have SPOKEN to people at the number and told them to stop calling me and they called at least four times since then (there isn't anything remotely legal about doing that to someone). They continue to leave illegal voice mails on my personal cellphone. No idea how to get these criminals to stop. I have reported them to the FTC and will be reporting them again now that I just got two more illegal calls. They change up the messages and use different now and then, but it's always a criminal scam or con job, and usually about student loans.

Often calls me twice in a row (illegally) on Mondays. Again, I have explicitly told them to never call me again but they continue to robocall about my "student loans" that I have never had in my life in violation of many laws.
