Spam caller of the worst kind. Google says this number belongs to Metro Design Group, based in Palm Beach County Florida.

They call repeatedly, seconds apart, to attack you with fax tones. Beyond mind numbing. This number is obviously a fax machine as you can not reach a real person, just fax tones, with idiot people using it. Blocked.
