Call 3 times and did not leave a message. I tried to call back and received a busy signal.

This number is calling my phn. No one talks when u answer they dont leave messages when u dont answer. When i called back it said the number is out of service.

got about three time and never got any messages, tried call back and got same msg. "out of service"

I spoke to the person calling from this number, he said it was to give me free info from near by schools, i told him i was not interested and to please remove me from his calling list.
He Argued that if i was not interested then why did i make the inquiry. Just because i internet search different schools does not mean i want to be persistently called by some shady advisor who just wants to argue me into finishing his call. Im not interested.Period.. Regardless of my request, i keep recieving unsolicited calls from that number.
