These folks are complete dbags. Never leave voicemails, when you do answer, most of the time they just hang up. If you actually get to talk to someone, you'll be surprised on the impression they're trying to make. It's a mix between a debt collector and a used car salesman. And they're supposed to be selling IT recruiting services.
