Dan is calling and recoding me. I thought he was a person, but no just a recoding

No one answered when I said, "Hello". Caller ID said Xactcall Corp.

I didnt answer but the msg on my vm was jus my first n last name then the call was over

left no message.

call says you are on a recorded line....who cares....who are you calling is my question.

He said he was a medical sales rep on a recorded line, what a crock of BS......they need to fine these scammers.....they don't identify the name of the company only that he is a medical sales rep on a recorded line.....
