"Wes" called me back from this number, after the low-level droid terminated the previous call. He provided the information that the call from a "doctor" wouldn't be able to be done within a few hours as I had requested. Very personable, and was very aware of where the previous call with the low-level droid had ended.

The call completed when I dialed it back, and he did answer it as "Wes". He seemed immediately surprised, and probably realized he slipped up in calling me from a number that isn't spoofed. It was played off as "it's better to call another number", and provided the toll-free 888 686-2767, which links to healthadvisorsusa.com, Chinese-registered, UK-hosted, probably a good hint that the operation is not legit.

Wes wants to keep lying, saying that it is only a few "affiliates" that are violating the law by spoofing caller ID information and not complying with the Do Not Call Registry. I advised him to turn in the company making the call to me. He thinks I am on some list or have "opted-in" my employer-provider cell number so that the calls would be legitimate.

Wes doesn't get it, he knows exactly what I was talking about, but defends it all as honest work...
