This robo-call rings my phone frequently. From the other posts I see it is yet another loan scam. Blocked.

"Great" financing opportunity for my business. Caller sounded automated but was able to respond to my answers. I hung up when she got to the financing opportunity part of the sales pitch.

Auto Dialer. They call to see if someone answers with a machine and then the machine hangs up. You then get put into a database where a real person calls around the same time to sell you some [***]. Block this number. Phone shows up as 'Delray Beach FL"
