thomas modorsky called and left a message that he was an investigator and i had violatedUSV 18 section 1344????? He said this was my notification and must call 844 662 8942 before I was served in two citations locally at my home or workplace... when i called back, a woman answered and put me on hold. She said it was "arbitration" and her name was Miranda otoole...? When I asked for Thomas Modorsky she said he would be in in the morning. i asked where they are located, and she said "all over the isa"... so, then even after i made my # unidentifiable... she called back 3 times from a new #716 748 8642... it traces to Buffalo NY. I cannot find any legitimate business online by Berkshire Associates, as they claim. This is not the first time i have been threatened to be served, and the calls come from various names and #'s. I saw others had posted about Berkshire, so here are some new facts and #'s. I will report them to the FBI (my father's company!), FTC and attorney General.
