I got a call from 561-220-9415 on December 9, 2016 at 5:37 pm.  I was not home and the caller did not leave a message even though my answering machine was on.  My caller ID said, "Out of area," even though I live in the 561 area code.  Don't all legitimate businesses use their real name for their caller ID?  I would think so.  And if it's a legitimate business call don't they leave a message?  Most do.
