have gotten calls from 599 9431649, but they were missed calls so I don't know who was calling and now do not answer calls but let them go to voice mail or missed calls and then call people I know back

They said they were TMobile. I cancelled my T-Mobile account a few weeks ago and do not owe them a thing.
