dont know who it is

This is a recording in spanish.  I'm not spanish speaking, nor do I want recorded phone calls.

I have been having missed calls by this number and when I did get around to calling it back, the recording said they are contacting me because I was either on there calling list or ask for more information on something on the internet or to ask me my political stand or something like that.

ive been getting calls from this number since yesterday and i have no clue where it is from. I looked it up and its from the fresno area, and im not even near that area.
