called back and told the number was disconnected: BIG BROTHER is calling!~

I answered because my husband was working from home and on a call on another line.  A man with a strong Indian accent said he was calling about a "start up" in my area.  I told him I'm on the DNC list and to please remove my number.  He said he wasn't calling to sell me anything (rolling eyes) just wanted to give me some information.  I said "I don't want your information I want you to not call me" and hung up.  Wouldn't be surprised if he calls back just to cuss me out.  Wouldn't be the first time one of these phishers got angry at me.
