I press one to go ahead and 'Update" our google list, as the owners have told me to go ahead and to, I get a live person on the phone and they say "Am I talking to the business owner?"  I respond with" The owners do not come in to the office, but i can help you" and they say "No I'll call back" and hang up! Last time I checked owners of companies have employees so they can answer the phones and do the day to day business. Good luck trying to get an owner to answer the phone, when they pay people to do that! Thats why we have jobs!
