I just got a call from him today and he referred to himself as "Mike Renolds" I believe. And stated he was an attourney and had broken english and was threatening me and was very rude I might add. And told me he needed to get in touch with my attourney and I took out a cash advance of 300 to 400 dollars. Which I never did. And told me about calling my job, notifying the sheriffs department and what non-sense. I am relieved that was a scam. Whats scary is he has all my info.

I have gotten calls from this number and another number as well. He leaves a very rude message and threatens me with a felony charge. But when I have tried to call back there  is no answer or it says the voice mail is full. I reported it to the BBB and the FTC.

I have been getting threatening phone calls from the same person for months. He tells me that he is from a law firm and I am being brought up on felony/fraud charges for a quick loan that I received.  When you call the number back it says the voice mail is full. I have reported this to my local police because today he left two very vulgar messages about how I am a $2 [***] and things that he wants to do to me.  I have also had this number blocked through my cell phone company, however, there are a number of phone exchanges that this person calls from. Another one is (419)

it's all a scam they will call again in a few weeks with a new number.  Just a scam don't give them out any other information!!

i have recieved numerous calls from this number in the last few days, they have called me from 559-869-4053, stating his name was Kevin Brown. very bad broken english and it sounded like he was reading from a pre written script, as every message is exactly word for word the same, I have reported to the FTC. The same people have also called me from a 212 area code as well as a 619 area code. Apparently if you have been looking at cash abdvance websites , whether or not you actually got a loan, this is how they retrieved your information. I would definitely contact the credit bureau (just one and they will notify the other two), and put  a fraud alert  on your credit report. This will be a temporary pain in the a%^ as it will be a little harder to obtain credit, but it will go along way in helping you should these people or anyone else steal money from your account and you became  a victim of identity theft. doing this also will stop you from recieving prescrenned offers of credit in the mail for six months. I put a  fraud alert on my credit report, its good for 90 days, after that you can extend it if you want to. I hope this information is helpful to you guys, this is very annoying and I wish there was more that could be done
