Got a call from this number (559-854-5585). The caller had my name and address and claimed to call from a Solar company trying to offer a solar installation to make use of the NJ solar program. I told them to take me off the calling list. If I call back the number, I get a message saying that the subscriber is not in service.
Seems like a scam to me.
