Said he was with the irs for me to hang up and call back and talk to danel rich I had to call the same number he was calling from I did he said he got a warrentt on me

There is a fairly common IRS or "tax scam" being practiced by scammers in both Canada and the USA.

Short answer:
The IRS never initiates a contact via phone.
They always send a snailmail first.

I am holding on with the exact same people. I am so worried. He has so much information. but wouldnt i have gotten a letter from the IRS if I owed

I dont know. I am trying to call the IRS now. I called the Treasury Dept, but they didnt know what i was talking about, but she also said she was not the dept that handles IRS things. This Daniel guy wont let me hang up. He said if I hang up he will send the sherriff to my job
