I received the same Automated message just 10 minutes after a call from a live person and telling them this was a business. A-HOLES!

Call today didn't leave a message. Location shows Chowchilla, CA. I blocked the number so they will probably try with another number.

Called my cell phone 3/11/15 @ 1PM PDT and as I didn't recognize the number, forced it to voicemail. Recorded message left was about me being qualified under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act to reduce electricity bill up to 60%. Was supposed to press 1 to get more information or 3 to get taken off the calling list. Same recorded spam as I've received before but from a different number.

Got a call from this number yesterday. CallerID said "Clean Planet Pr", which is probably spoofed.Sounds like a telemarketer. Blocked.
