Caller from Fresno, left message saying she's from 'Fresno Credit Bureau'. This is a total scam.

My wife received a call from this number. I called them and got somebody named Leo, who asked for my name and account number. When I asked Leo who the company was he said they handle personal business and would not give me a name of the business.
