They are a deb collector and they call 5 to 6 times a day.  And they are deducting more money from my account than they should.
I plan to get a lawyer to look into this.

They call all the time.  Even if you have a payment set up even if your current.  Had a payment set up called the same day it came out of the account.  Said they wanted to be sure it came out okay, if it didn't wouldn't they know the next day.  Geez

They do collect much more than borrowed.  I borrowed $5000 and the total payback is $35000 that is an interest rate of 115% which one would associate with loan sharks.  Tell every one you know not to deal with these people for any reason let's hurt them in their pocketbook.

Many state AGs are suing western skies, cash call and delbert. Check with your states AG and file a claim. In florida, they are suing them and to make the whole debt null and void and to stop them from doing business in Fl.
